Chapter Sponsored ANIA IN-Certification Review Course

Chapter Sponsored Cohort

  • A specific bundle is created with the on-demand Chapter Certification Review Course (CRC) with downloadable handouts.
    • The online modules are accessible with an assigned code and on-demand once registered with 7.75 contact hours.
    • In addition, a live virtual interactive 1.5 contact hour session.
    • A total of 9.25 ANCC contact hours.
    • The ANIA endorsed Informatics Nurse Exam book by Mometrix Media LLC is included in the registration fee as a study guide.
    • Discounted registration fees for member: $325 and non-member: $375. Note: A further reduced discount for the Chapter Offering.
  • The Chapter receives a stipend per registrant for their cohort offering.
  • The IN-CRC counts towards an educational offering for the Chapter.
  • Chapters are limited to one cohort offering every other year.

Registration and Marketing

Chapter Responsibility
  • The offering date should be at least 12 weeks in advance of the offering to allow for web site and registration set-up.
  • Marketing the offering to your membership, local hospitals, clinics, universities with nursing informatics programs, and the local HIMSS Chapter.
  • Note: There is an ANIA Chapter toolkit available to assist with marketing.
ANIA National Office Responsibility
  • Registration via the ANIA web site.
  • Providing the Chapter with the registration link to use in your marketing.
  • Registration confirmation which includes the link with information for the bundle and virtual session access.
  • Marketing the Chapter Offering in ANIA ENews and on the national web page.
  • Mailing the Informatics Nurse Exam book by Mometrix Media LLC.

Ready to Get Started

  • Contact Elizabeth Elkind, ANIA’s CRC Coordinator at editor@ania.org with 2 - 3 potential dates along with the start time for the virtual session which is 1.5 hours.
  • Additional notes:
    • An offering cannot be scheduled 4 weeks prior and 4 weeks after the national conference.
    • Do not schedule around the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays.
    • Consider co-sponsoring with other another ANIA Chapter.
