The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) will host a free educational webinar on June 1, 2022 (2:00 pm ET) entitled “Lessons Learned from Real-World Applications of Patient-Centered Clinical Decision Support (CDS).” The webinar will highlight lessons learned from pilot projects that integrated patient-generated health data with clinical data in electronic health records (EHRs). Presenters will share actionable findings from two pilots that deployed CDS interventions combining patient-generated health data with clinical data from EHRs to support remote patient monitoring.
